Diabetic people should be wise in eating their meals to aware for having diabetes.
Everybody should know what foods to avoid and what foods are need to eat for being diabetic. However, there are some diabetic people who were very hard headed even though they always got advices not to eat especially foods that contain high in sugar they are still trying to eat. It’s really necessary to discipline ourselves just for our own good.
Below are the lists of foods to be avoided as a diabetic diet:
• Sugar – Foods that contains high level of sugar and also some artificial sweeteners, magic sugar, and honey. These are quite obvious that will give you what we called diabetic. So in order to prevent it, Limit in eating which has a high in sugar level.
• Chocolates – Majority of the people are fond to eat chocolates we can’t help it since we used to eat it especially when having our past time. Don’t make it as habit in eating chocolates where sugar is the main ingredient of that.
• Saturated Fats - All meats such as beef, pork, sausages, hotdogs etc. that is contains a lot of saturated fats which you must to be avoided not eat too much of these foods. Should not be higher than 7 % of your daily calories from saturated fats.
• Trans Fats – these kind of fats such as margarines, snacks should be avoided.
• Cholesterols - Foods that more in cholesterols including dairy products which has high in fats and Meats which also has high fats in animal protein, eggs. Eat not more than 200 mg of cholesterol per day.
• Sodium Foods – Eat not more than 2,000 mg of sodium per day such as salty fish.
• Bakery Foods – Such as cookies, cakes, candies, and sweets food these are the things which we have to be avoided completely. These will be eliminated from your routine diet.
•Fruits- Such as strawberry, orange, pineapple, grapes are also not good for a diabetic person it can eliminated from diabetic diet consumption readily.
You have to avoid these certain foods which can totally leads you into diabetic. As we all know what the consequences of having these kinds of disease are. You have to be careful about planning of what you’re doing and what you’re eating meal plan. Eat wisely means that you’re not letting yourself to eat those restricted foods importantly for those diabetic people because we might didn’t know how diabetes will affects in our lives if we aren’t helping ourselves to be aware with diabetes.
